About Us
Hello, we are Michael and Beate, originally from Denmark but we have been living in the southern part of France for over a decade and currently we are living in Andorra. We have been together for more than ten years now and we are also business partners. We have an IT business, that provides cloud-based data integration services for small and medium-sized businesses worldwide. The service is called RAPIDI and you can learn more about it here.
We are both members of Rotary International as we enjoy helping and doing good things for other people through the Rotary organization. We are active members and participants in the local french Rotary Club: Rotary Club Haute Vallée de L'Aude and frequent visitors in the Andorrian Rotary Club.
A passion that we share is to travel and we have been traveling quite a bit in Australia and Europe, where we also have some good friends within the wine industry. While talking to them we discovered that there was a need for a winery to have some kind of system that could manage their club members.
That is why we created Cellar42.
Our Vision
Our vision with Cellar42 is that it should in an easy way help a winery to manage and engage with their club members, know exactly what they are interested in, managing deliveries to their members and stay on top of their preferences. All this to help them maintain and improve their relations ship with the member and become more efficient in managing this part of their business.

Meet Dan and Lennie.
Having worked together for a number of years, our incessant banter and bullshitting inevitably turned to the more serious matter of ‘doing our own thing’. To paraphrase the great Ron Burgundy, things really escalated quickly, and on an early February morning in 2016, Arlo Vintners became reality with a half tonne of hand-picked Grenache.
With family roots in the King Valley, and a 20 year winemaking CV including stints in Glenrowan and the King and Alpine Valleys, Dan knows his way around the vineyards of the North East like few others. When not working his magic at Arlo he can often be found sitting alone in his home made observatory, taking photos of deep space late into the night – sorry ladies, taken.
Lennie is a wine industry ‘lifer’ who has also ticked over twenty years working with wineries large and small. A proud Nor’Easter who calls Rutherglen home, when not manning the decks at Club Arlo he can be found lurking in the canopy of an olive tree, secateurs in hand, swearing magnificently.
Their philosophy is simple; to seek out small, interesting parcels of fruit, from great vineyards, and craft wines that are true to site and season.
